Laura joined Wings Travel in 1995 and became office Manageress in 2006. She has a wealth of knowledge which she leads our Team with Her  qualifications and accreditations include certificates in: Advanced IATA, advanced Galileo fares and ticketing, and Bank Settlement Plan ( In 2005, Laura was awarded South African Airways consultant of the year and in 2008 Galileo acknowledged her as one the top two Consultants of the year. Laura was Chairperson of the Association of Zimbabwe Travel Agents ( from 2010 to 2013 and has been the Treasurer from 2017 to present.)

Senior Travel Consultant

Lindsay has been an excellent driven member of our team since 2008. She has obtained both Intermediate and Advanced fares and ticketing with Air Zimbabwe. Lindsay is both Galileo and Amadeus Reservation systems literate and is also Bank Settlement Plan ( accredited. She was awarded the Nominee Mozzart Award in 2013 and the Nominee Shape The Future Award in 2016 by Amadeus.

Accounts/Credit Control

Cecilia has been managing the accounts since 2007. She is BSP IATA Accredited, has completed Computer studies and holds a Diploma in Secretarial Studies. She is in charge of all accounts queries which include:

• Creditors
• Invoicing
• Bank Reconciliations
• Financial Reports
