Having been established in November 1995, Wings Travel is a multi-award-winning agency in the tourism industry in Zimbabwe, catering for each of your travel needs. With our highly trained and professional team, we aim to deliver friendly and superior service to all.

What began as a small travel bureau in Harare has grown into one of Zimbabwe's most decorated travel agencies. Over three decades, we have facilitated thousands of journeys — from corporate business trips to dream family holidays, safari adventures to international honeymoons.

With Wings Travel since 1995 • Manageress since 2006

Laura joined Wings Travel in 1995 and became office Manageress in 2006. She has a wealth of knowledge which she uses to lead our team with. Her qualifications and accreditations include certificates in Advanced IATA, Advanced Galileo Fares and Ticketing, and Bank Settlement Plan (BSP).

In 2005, Laura was awarded South African Airways Consultant of the Year and In 2008, Galileo acknowledged her as one of the top two Consultants of the Year. Laura has also played a significant role in shaping the travel industry in Zimbabwe, having served as Chairperson of the Association of Zimbabwe Travel Agents (AZTA) from 2010 to 2013, and as Treasurer from 2017 to 2023. Currently, she represents Wings Travel on a global platform as the Skal International Secretary for Harare 2025 and the Vice Chairlady of Agency Programme Joint Council (IATA)

Lindsay has been an excellent, driven member of our team since 2008. She has obtained both Intermediate and Advanced Fares and Ticketing with Air Zimbabwe. Lindsay is proficient in both Galileo and Amadeus Reservation Systems and is also Bank Settlement Plan (BSP) accredited.

She was awarded the Nominee Mozzart Award in 2013 and the Nominee Shape The Future Award in 2016 by Amadeus — recognitions that highlight her dedication to excellence in travel consultancy.

Cecilia has been managing the accounts since 2007. She is BSP IATA Accredited, has completed Computer Studies, and holds a Diploma in Secretarial Studies. She is in charge of all accounts queries which include:
